1. Will I need planning ?

You will probably need planning permission if you intend to; construct a new building. alter the external appearance of an existing building or extend a property. Contact your council to get this process started.

2. Are your building works guaranteed ?

We provide certificates for all areas of work, including roofing, windows and electrics.

3. How will we communicate ?

We are a local family business who pride ourselves on our communication. We are available face to face at short notice. We also provide project timelines, and a team whats app group so that you can ask us anything at anytime!

4. Do I need an architect ?

We absolutely advise that you get architectural plans for your renovation. However, we do not necessarily need to work with an architect post plans to complete your build.

5. Can we live in our house ?

You can of course live in your house during a renovation. However, be realistic about what you can 'live' with, Renovations are messy, it may be worth renting elsewhere for a few months to mitigate stress.

6. What are the most common risks during a renovation ?

As with all renovations, we will probably stumble upon something we didn't expect. But, we deal with these surprises in a calm and efficient way.

7. What if we want to add to our renovation ?

Whilst you may have planned your renovation, you can of course make changes to this during the build. We can re assess along the way and quote for changes as necessary.

8. Who are your team ?

We are proud to have a long serving team, many of whom have been with us for more than 10 years. This is a huge advantage for us, as our team know how each other works, and how they work together.
